Presentation Specialist #26-05888 New York, NY Fully Remote Contract Starts 4/06/2026 Ends 12/18/2026 Job Description Genesis10 is currently seeking a Presentation Specialist for a Remote position with a Global Financial Institution located in New York, NY. This is an 8+ month contract opportunity. This role is responsible for developing high-quality visual assets to ensure consistent brand representation and elevate the firm's visual identity. The ideal candidate will partner with Brand Marketing to translate brand strategy into impactful creative concepts, producing materials that shape and strengthen the brand identity across all platforms and channels.

Responsibilities:

Create, develop and execute high-quality visual assets that ensure consistent andpelling brand representation Partner with Brand Marketing and key stakeholders to translate brand strategy into impactful creative concepts and deliverables Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver creative assets that align with business objectives and brand standards Support the evolution of the firm's look and feel through the production of modern, on-brand marketing materials, templates, and resource guides Update, maintain and brand guidelines to ensure visual consistency, quality, and accuracy Implement, document and manage relevant best practices, identifying and improving inefficiencies Create and manage workflows from concept through final delivery, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met Build, curate and maintain brand image libraries to support consistent brand expression and efficient asset usage Ensure marketing collateral is thoughtfully structured and formatted, ing sound design principles Identify opportunities to refresh and enhance brand imagery to keep creative expression current and effective Balance creative innovation with business needs, delivering solutions that are both visually engaging and strategically sound Act as a trusted advisor on all brand related initiatives, leveraging industry knowledge and expertise

Requirements:

5-7 years of experience in a creative services or brand marketing role Strong understanding of corporate branding, specifically within B2B organizations Ability to ad to and stay within existing brand guidelines while maintaining a creative lense Proven ability to ensure alignment with global business partners and collaborate effectively Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.
