Street Team Brand Ambassador (Flyer Distribution)

Memphis & surrounding areas (hospitals, senior communities, local events) Position Overview We are seeking motivated, outgoing individuals to represent our brand in the community by distributing flyers, engaging with the public, and helping increase awareness of our home care services. This is a performance-based role ideal for individuals who enjoy working independently, interacting with people, and earning based on results. Responsibilities Distribute flyers in targeted areas (hospitals, rehab centers, senior apartments, community events) Briefly introduce services when appropriate Place flyers in approved locations (bulletin boards, businesses, etc.) Follow assigned distribution routes/areas Take photo proof of completed areas (for accountability) Represent the company professionally at all times Encourage potential clients to scan QR codes or contact the company Ideal Candidate Friendly, outgoing, and confident Reliable and self-motivated Comfortable speaking to strangers Has transportation (preferred) Previous marketing or street team experience is a plus

PAY STRUCTURE

(PERFORMANCE-BASED)

Base:

$50 per distribution shift 100 Flyers + Verified Signatures = $75 Every additional 25 flyers = +$15

Example:

100 flyers = $75 125 flyers = $90 150 flyers = $105 175 flyers = $120 Must collect a signature for EACH flyer distributed Signatures confirm real interaction (no dropping flyers!)

ASSIGNED WORK ZONES

Each team member will be assigned: A designated hospital Neighborhood routes Nursing homes & senior communities Local businesses & community area Rehab centers Dialysis centers Senior apartments Churches Community events Pharmacies No random distribution Structured routes for maximum impact Important Rules to Include No littering or illegal posting Must respect business/property rules No aggressive solicitation Professional appearance required Must submit proof of work
