Quattrini Football Academy is looking for motivated, outgoing football people to join our growing network as Regional Scouts. This isn't a traditional desk job. Regional Scouts stay connected to the game, build relationships throughout their football community, identify athletes who want to improve, and introduce those athletes and families to high-level training opportunities through QFA. Whether you played football in high school, currently play in college, coach youth or high school football, spend your weekends around youth sports, or simply love being involved in the game, this opportunity gives you a way to turn your football network into something bigger.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
As a Regional Scout, you'll represent QFA within your local football community by: Identifying athletes who want to improve their game Connecting with athletes, parents, coaches, teams, and football programs Introducing families to QFA training opportunities Attending games, practices, camps, combines, tournaments, and other football events on your own initiative Building relationships throughout your local football community Submitting qualified leads through your personal Regional Scout Hub Tracking your leads, conversions, performance, and commissions Helping expand QFA's presence throughout your region You're not evaluating athletes for scholarships or recruiting them for teams. Your job is to recognize athletes who are motivated to get better and connect them with opportunities that can help them develop.

You don't need years of sales experience or an extensive résumé. Training is provided. This opportunity is especially well suited for: Former high school football players who want to stay involved in the game Current college athletes looking for a flexible opportunity around their schedule Former college athletes Youth football parents who already know families throughout their community Youth, flag, middle school, and high school football coaches Trainers and other sports professionals People connected to local leagues, schools, camps, and football organizations Anyone who loves football, enjoys meeting people, and has the ability to build genuine relationships If you're already spending time around football, you may already be around the exact people QFA wants to reach.

Regional Scouts are independent contractors with performance-based earning potential.
Your compensation can include:
UPFRONT COMMISSION
Earn commission when athletes or organizations you refer book qualifying QFA training.
PASSIVE COMMISSION
Gain additional earning opportunities as already scouted athletes continue completing qualifying training sessions.
RECURRING COMMISSION
There is no fixed earning ceiling. The more relationships you build and qualified business you generate, the greater your earning opportunity can become. .
