Full-time About the Role Bell Honey Company is looking for a Digital Marketing & Website Specialist to join our marketing team and work alongside our Marketing Specialist to strengthen our websites, SEO, online content, and digital sales. This is an early-career position for someone with approximately 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing, website management, e-commerce, SEO, or a related field. You don't need to be an expert in every area of digital marketing. We're looking for someone with a solid foundation who is comfortable working with websites, capable in SEO and analytics, willing to learn, and capable of taking ownership of projects. Our goal is to build and improve several websites for Bell Honey and our growing product lines, increase our visibility online, and ultimately make our websites a stronger source of sales for the company. You will work closely with our Marketing Specialist, who primarily handles the visual and creative side of marketing , including graphic design, photography, branding, social media, and marketing materials. This position will focus more heavily on the website, SEO, digital content, analytics, and performance side. What You'll DoWebsite Management Maintain and update Bell Honey's existing website. Help build and launch new websites for products and brands. Add and update products, website copy, images, blog posts, and other content. Keep website information accurate, organized, and up to date. Identify and address basic website issues such as broken links, formatting problems, outdated content, and other functionality concerns. Help improve website navigation, product pages, landing pages, and overall customer experience. Work with outside developers or other technical resources when needed. SEO Help develop and carry out an ongoing SEO strategy. Perform keyword research and identify opportunities to improve our search visibility. Optimize website pages, product descriptions, headings, titles, meta descriptions, image alt text, and internal links. Monitor search rankings and organic traffic. Research competitors and identify opportunities for new content. Learn and stay current with SEO best practices. You don't need to be an SEO expert when you start. We are looking for someone who understands the basics and is excited to develop this area of expertise. Content & Asset Management Organize and maintain website content and digital assets. Work with our Marketing Specialist to determine what photography, graphics, copy, and other assets are needed for websites. Help repurpose existing content for websites, blogs, email, and other digital channels. Keep product information, descriptions, pricing, specifications, and other website details accurate. Help identify opportunities for new content that supports both SEO and sales. Website Performance & Sales Look for ways to make our websites more effective at turning visitors into customers. Review product pages and customer journeys for opportunities to improve. Help improve calls-to-action, product presentation, navigation, and website content. Monitor website performance and identify areas for improvement. Assist with testing new ideas and implementing website improvements. Help us get the most value possible from our websites and online traffic. Analytics & Reporting Monitor website performance Track traffic, engagement, search performance, and conversions. Help create regular reports showing how our websites and digital marketing efforts are performing. Look at the data and help identify what is working, what isn't, and what we should try next. What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who is organized, curious, detail-oriented. You should be comfortable enough with digital marketing and websites to jump into projects. Required Approximately 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing, website management, e-commerce, SEO, communications, or a related field. Experience working with a website platform or CMS such as WordPress, Wix, Shopify, Squarespace, or similar . Basic understanding of SEO and how search engines find and rank website content. Basic familiarity with website analytics or digital marketing metrics. Strong attention to detail and proofreading skills. Good written communication skills. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects. Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned projects. Willingness to research, learn, troubleshoot, and figure things out. Helpful, But Not Required Experience with Google Analytics 4 or Google Search Console Experience with Semrush, Ahrefs, Google Keyword Planner , or similar tools Basic

knowledge Experience with e-commerce websites Experience writing or managing SEO content Familiarity with website performance and page-speed optimization Experience with email marketing Basic experience with Adobe Creative Suite or Canva What We're Looking For in the Right Person You should enjoy learning new platforms and tools, researching solutions, looking at data, and finding ways to make things work better. As you grow into the role, we want you to become the person who can look at our websites, understand what they need, develop a plan, and execute it. You will work closely with our Marketing Specialist , who focuses primarily on the visual and creative side of Bell Honey's marketing, including: Graphic design Product photography Branding Social media Marketing materials Creative content and assets Your role will complement that work by taking greater ownership of: Websites SEO Digital content Website organization Analytics Website performance Online sales opportunities Together, you'll help build a stronger and more effective digital presence for Bell Honey Company. What Success Looks Like The goal of this position isn't simply to keep our websites updated. We want to grow what our websites can do for the business. As you develop in the role, you'll help us: Launch new product and brand websites Increase organic search visibility Improve website traffic Improve the customer experience Increase online product sales Make better use of our existing content and digital assets Identify new opportunities through analytics and research Build a more effective long-term digital marketing strategy We're looking for someone who can grow with the company About Bell Honey Company Bell Honey Company is a South Carolina-based honey company offering honey and honey products to consumers, retailers, businesses, and private-label customers. As Bell Honey continues to grow its products and brands, we're investing more heavily in our online presence and looking for someone who can help us build, improve, and grow our websites into a stronger sales channel for the company.
