Required Education:

  • Cross-functional partnershipThe Marketing Measurement Analyst serves as a strategic analytics and measurement partner within the Marketing Analytics organization.
This role applies advanced analytical techniques, experimentation methodologies, measurement frameworks, and business intelligence practices to help Client understand the effectiveness of marketing investments and inform future decision-making. The role bridges the gap between business analytics and data science by combining strong analytical reasoning, statistical thinking, and marketing measurement expertise with the ability to translate complex findings into clear, actionable recommendations for stakeholders. This position supports enterprise marketing measurement initiatives, including incrementality testing, experimentation, attribution interpretation, audience analytics, forecasting support, and measurement governance. The Analyst partners closely with Marketing Channels, Marketing Insights, Enterprise Data & Intelligence (ED&I), and external measurement partners to ensure data-driven decisions are grounded in trusted evidence and consistent measurement practices. In addition to analytical responsibilities, the Marketing Measurement Analyst serves as a measurement champion and subject matter expert, helping scale analytical best practices, knowledge sharing, and measurement literacy across the organization.
Job Responsibilities:
Measurement & Experimentation
  • Design and support marketing measurement plans that evaluate channel, audience, creative, and campaign effectiveness.
  • Partner with stakeholders to develop testing strategies, experiment frameworks, and learning agendas.
  • Conduct causal impact analyses and incrementality assessments using established measurement methodologies.
  • Support statistical validation and interpretation of test results, ensuring insights are reliable and actionable.
  • Contribute to experimentation standards, governance practices, and measurement documentation.
Advanced Analytics & Insight Development
  • Integrate multiple data sources to develop a holistic understanding of marketing effectiveness.
  • Interpret advanced analytics outputs including Commercial Analytics Model (CAM/MMM), attribution solutions, forecasting models, audience analytics, and propensity models.
  • Conduct diagnostic, exploratory, and scenario-based analyses to support business questions and strategic initiatives.
  • Translate analytical findings into business recommendations and decision frameworks.
  • Assist in marketing performance data analytics across paid, owned, earned, and shared channels to identify trends, opportunities, risks, and drivers of performance.
Measurement Interpretation & Decision Support
  • Partner with Marketing leaders to transform analytical outputs into clear business implications.
  • Connect channel-level observations to enterprise-level performance outcomes.
  • Interpret complex measurement outputs for non-technical audiences.
  • Assist in validation of forecasting, scenario planning, and investment evaluation activities.
  • Assist stakeholders in understanding the strengths, limitations, and appropriate use of different measurement methodologies.
Analytics Enablement & Governance
  • Promote consistent use of marketing KPIs, measurement standards, and analytic best practices.
  • Develop and maintain measurement documentation, business rules, and analytical playbooks.
  • Support data validation, quality assurance, and reconciliation activities across marketing datasets.
  • Contribute to analytics readiness efforts by partnering with ED&I, data engineering, and technology teams.
  • Assist in developing educational materials and training sessions that improve marketing analytics literacy.
Communication & Knowledge Sharing
  • Develop executive-ready narratives, presentations, dashboards, and reports that translate analytical findings into actionable business insights.
  • Effectively present findings and recommendations to stakeholders at various organizational levels.
  • Create and share best practices, case studies, and measurement learnings across Marketing and ED&I.
  • Serve as a subject matter resource for marketing measurement, experimentation, attribution, and performance analytics.
