SUMMARY/ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Under the director of the Vice Chancellor for Communications and Marketing this position is responsible for creating, coordinating and implementing marketing strategies for the UT Health Sciences campuses. This marketing work will primarily be centered around student enrollment and image management of the institution. Responsibilities Works collaboratively within a cross-functional team environment to execute integrated marketing plans designed to drive institutional enrollment goals. Supports institutionally strategic new academic program launches and raise visibility and awareness of UT Health Sciences. Works closely with campus constituents, including key internal stakeholders, to ensure that their respective areas are appropriately considered within a comprehensive marketing strategy. Participates in developing and executing communication plans that effectively target a variety of audiences with differentiated messages across multiple channels. Assists in identifying metrics to determine the effectiveness of marketing efforts, prepare marketing reports and analyses. Serves as an enrollment brand ambassador ensuring that all projects maintain consistent messaging, voice, and visuals. Coordinates development of marketing materials in a variety of media and venues. Participate in strategy setting for digital marketing and content development efforts and contribute to the creative direction of website marketing. Keep abreast of industry dynamics, trends, and opportunities by networking and being proactive about seeking our best practices in higher education marketing techniques and strategies. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
EDUCATION:
Bachelor's Degree. (TRANSCRIPT

)
EXPERIENCE
Four (4) years of experience in Marketing, preferably in Higher Education ; OR Master's Degree and two (2) years of experience.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
Knowledge of strategic marketing strategies and tactics in enrollment marketing. Ability to plan, organize, facilitate and implement multiple projects simultaneously. Strong oral and written skills Comprehensive understanding of public media Team player and ability to work collaboratively with others Understanding of digital marketing success measures such as Google Analytics Ability to work in Microsoft, Adobe, Excel and relevant software.
WORK SCHEDULE
