Community Marketing Liaison Compensation Competitive hourly pay Tiered commission starting at $100 per new client Monday-Friday schedule Growth opportunities within a growing agency Position Overview SYNERGY HomeCare is seeking an energetic, relationship-focused Community Marketing Liaison to expand our community presence and develop referral partnerships. This is a field-based position focused on building relationships with healthcare professionals, senior living communities, and other organizations that serve older adults and their families. You'll work closely with agency leadership to help grow our referral network while connecting families with compassionate, non-medical in-home care. Responsibilities Build and maintain relationships with referral partners. Visit healthcare providers and senior care communities. Schedule meetings and presentations with community partners. Represent SYNERGY HomeCare at networking events and outreach opportunities. Follow up consistently with referral sources. Track activities and opportunities in our CRM. Collaborate with leadership on marketing and growth initiatives. What We're Looking For Self-motivated with the ability to work independently. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Comfortable networking and meeting new people every day. Organized with strong follow-up skills. Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
