Internship opportunities within Global Brand Marketing may include: Social Media & Content Creation Graphic Design Art Direction Digital Marketing Digital Activation Strategy & Insights Copywriting Minimum Qualifications Currently pursuing an undergraduate or master's degree and enrolled in an accredited university program at the time of application (full-time undergraduate or part-time/full-time graduate students). Rising juniors and seniors preferred.

Preferred Degrees:

Marketing, Public Relations, Advertising, Communications, Journalism, Social Media, Business, Graphic Design, Digital Marketing, or similar The Value You Bring Strong interest in social media and digital trends The ability to work on multiple projects at a time Strong attention to detail and detail oriented Strong writing skills, editing, and communication skills Strategic thinking and analytical skills Passion for the beauty industry Experience with Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, and/or TikTok for a business or organization Exposure to graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or Similar) Experience with photography and editing skills (preferred, not required) Program Details We offer a 10-week internship from late June to Mid-August. All our internships are paid, starting at $20/hour. Our internships are Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week, and require an in-office presence 4-5 days per week. Our internships are located at our Global Headquarters in Addison, TX or our Manufacturing/ R D Facility in Lewisville, TX.
