Refined Painting is growing throughout the Seattle area, and we're building a door-to-door team for people who want to make money, build confidence, and learn how to sell. You don't need years of sales experience. Actually, we'd rather find someone who's hungry, coachable, competitive, and willing to learn our system than someone who thinks they already know everything.

Your job is simple:

Start conversations → Find homeowners who need painting → Book the estimate → Get paid. Our sales team handles the actual estimate and closes the project. What Your Day Looks Like You'll meet with the team, train and role-play, then head into neighborhoods we've selected and start knocking. You'll learn how to: Approach homeowners confidently Start conversations without sounding scripted Handle rejection and objections Identify potential painting projects Generate qualified appointments Track your numbers and improve your results Communicate and sell yourself at a much higher level You're not going to be thrown into a neighborhood with a script and told, "Good luck." We train consistently because we want people who join our team to actually get better. The Opportunity This role is performance-based.
