Kaukauna, WI Position Overview The Marketing Specialist supports the growth and brand presence of the company through strategic marketing initiatives tailored to the construction industry. This role blends office-based marketing execution with field engagement, requiring site visits, project photography, and collaboration with operations, and leadership teams. The ideal candidate understands how to market a trade-driven, relationship-based business and can translate technical construction work into clear, compelling messaging. Key Responsibilities Marketing & Brand Support Develop and execute marketing campaigns that support business development, recruiting, and brand awareness Maintain brand consistency across all platforms (website, social media, proposals, signage, apparel, etc.) Coordinate project spotlights, case studies, and testimonials Support trade show planning, sponsorships, and industry events Digital & Content Marketing Manage and update company website content (project pages, service descriptions, blogs) Create and schedule social media content highlighting projects, people, and company culture Assist with email marketing campaigns and CRM-based outreach Track and report basic marketing metrics (engagement, leads, website traffic) Field & Project Coordination Visit active and completed job sites to capture photos, videos, and project information Work with project managers and superintendents to document milestones and achievements Assist with career fairs and touch a trucks Coordinate branded signage, jobsite banners, and marketing materials Proposal & Sales Support Assist with proposal preparation, qualification packages, and presentations Maintain project resumes and company experience documentation Support sales and estimating teams with marketing collateral Required Qualifications Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience) Valid driver's license and clean driving record Ability to travel locally to job sites, meetings, and events Strong written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Comfort working in both office and active construction environments Photography or video experience (especially jobsite content) Preferred Qualifications Familiarity with CRM systems, website CMS platforms, and social media tools Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar) Understanding of construction terminology and project workflows Physical & Work Requirements Ability to visit active construction sites and comply with all safety requirements Occasional lifting of marketing materials (up to 25 lbs) Must be able to stand, walk uneven terrain, and wear required PPE when on job sites What We Offer Competitive salary based on experience Health, dental, and vision benefits Paid time off and holidays Growth opportunities within a stable, expanding construction company Hands-on exposure to real projects and leadership teams
