Our family of brands includes Noble Catering & Events, NEAT Beverage Catering, Wandering Fork, 41Fork Exchange, Pearl & Cade, Brixton's Turn, and future hospitality concepts. This is an excellent opportunity for an early to mid-career marketing professional who enjoys wearing many hats, loves creating meaningful content, and is excited to grow alongside a company with ambitious goals. This role will report to the Director of Community, Partnerships, & Client Strategy. We value curiosity over perfection. Working alongside company leadership, this role develops marketing content, manages digital platforms, creates branded materials, supports promotional events, and helps maintain a consistent brand presence across multiple channels. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, takes pride in producing high-quality creative work, and is eager to expand their marketing skill set in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. Digital Marketing Assist with the management and optimization of Google Ads and Meta advertising campaigns in collaboration with company leadership. Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports using Google Analytics and other marketing tools. Maintain online business listings, ensuring photos, descriptions, and business information remain accurate and up to date. Manage email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotional emails, and existing automated campaigns. Update company websites and create landing pages for promotions, events, and seasonal campaigns. Professionally respond to customer reviews across online review platforms. Events & Marketing Support Assist in planning and promoting tastings, open houses, trade shows, and other marketing events. Create event signage, promotional materials, and communications. Assist with marketing-related technology setup and other marketing projects as needed. Public Relations & Community Engagement Research local awards, recognition programs, and community opportunities that align with our brands. Coordinate participation in community voting campaigns and promotional initiatives. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Public Relations, or a related field preferred. Early to mid-career marketing professional with hands-on experience creating marketing content and supporting marketing initiatives. Experience in hospitality, food service, tourism, or events is a plus. Strong graphic design skills and experience using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and/or similar programs. Working knowledge of social media management, email marketing platforms, website content management systems, and digital advertising. Familiarity with Google Analytics and basic SEO and AI best practices. Excellent written, editing, and proofreading skills. Photography experience is highly desirable. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. A collaborative mindset, positive attitude, and genuine desire to learn and grow. What Success Looks Like The ideal candidate enjoys creating, learning, and improving. You're equally comfortable designing a menu, photographing a catered event, updating a website, writing a blog post, or creating graphics for an upcoming event. You don't need to know everything on day one, but you should be excited to build new skills, ask thoughtful questions, and continuously improve your craft. You'll work closely with company leadership, gain exposure to many different aspects of hospitality marketing, and have opportunities to take on increasing responsibility as both you and the company continue to grow. This role offers the chance to build a well-rounded marketing career while making a visible impact across multiple hospitality brands. 41Fork Hospitality is an Equal Opportunity Employer committed to creating an inclusive workplace where creativity, collaboration, and exceptional hospitality thrive
