Type:

full-time Company Description Magnifique is a household appliance startup redefining modern home cooking through premium, non-toxic, and thoughtfully designed kitchen appliances. Our products combine health, convenience, and culinary performance. Team members join a growing brand committed to innovation, material transparency, and customer trust. The Role You will own Magnifique's paid media ecosystem across Meta, Google, YouTube, TikTok, Microsoft, Reddit, and other relevant channels, with responsibility for driving efficient customer acquisition and profitable revenue growth. You will work closely with the Growth, Marketing, Creative, E-commerce, and Affiliate teams to ensure that our paid media strategy is aligned with product launches, inventory availability, promotional calendars, and broader company goals. We are looking for someone who thinks beyond channel-level ROAS. You should understand CAC, contribution margin, LTV, incrementality, attribution, creative performance, and budget allocation and be able to translate data into clear decisions. Paid Media Strategy & Management Own day-to-day strategy and execution across Meta, Google, YouTube, TikTok, Microsoft, Reddit, and other paid channels as appropriate. Develop and manage acquisition, retargeting, prospecting, shopping, and product-specific campaigns. Own campaign structure, targeting, bidding, budgets, audiences, feeds, and optimization. Continuously identify opportunities to improve efficiency and scale spend where performance supports it. Reallocate budget across channels based on performance, incrementality, inventory, and business priorities. Manage paid media around major product launches, promotions, seasonal moments, and retail initiatives. Performance & Analytics Own reporting and performance analysis across paid channels. Monitor and optimize key metrics including CAC, ROAS, MER, CTR, CVR, AOV, new customer acquisition, and contribution margin. Diagnose performance issues and identify the underlying causes rather than simply reacting to changes in platform metrics. Develop a clear understanding of channel attribution and incrementality. Partner with the Growth and E-commerce teams to connect paid media performance to overall business performance. Establish testing frameworks and maintain a disciplined approach to A/B testing. Creative Testing Partner closely with the Creative and Marketing teams to develop a strong paid creative testing pipeline. Identify winning creative concepts, hooks, messaging, formats, and products. Translate performance data into actionable creative briefs. Develop structured testing plans rather than relying on ad-hoc creative iteration. Work with PR & Partnerships team to determine which organic, creator, and editorial content has potential to be scaled through paid media. Growth & Experimentation Continuously test new channels, audiences, creative formats, offers, and campaign structures. Identify opportunities to improve the customer journey from first impression through conversion. Evaluate emerging paid media opportunities and determine whether they warrant investment. Build repeatable processes for testing, learning, and scaling. Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with Marketing/E-commerce on Shopify conversion, merchandising, promotions, landing pages, and product launches. Work with PR and Creator Partnerships to identify content and creator assets with paid media potential. Coordinate with the Affiliate team to understand the broader performance partnership ecosystem. Work with Amazon and retail teams where paid media overlaps with marketplace and retail growth. Factor inventory availability and replenishment into media planning and spend decisions. What We're Looking For 2-3+ years of hands-on performance marketing / paid media experience, preferably with a consumer brand, e-commerce company, or agency managing meaningful media budgets. Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads is required. Experience across additional channels such as TikTok, YouTube, Microsoft, Reddit, or other paid platforms is highly valuable. Strong understanding of GA4, attribution, conversion tracking, and e-commerce analytics. Demonstrated ability to manage and scale 6-7 digit monthly paid media budgets. Strong analytical skills and comfort working with performance data on a daily basis. Experience developing structured creative testing frameworks. Strong understanding of e-commerce economics, including CAC, AOV, LTV, contribution margin, and ROAS. Ability to operate independently and make decisions without needing extensive direction. Strong communication skills and the ability to clearly explain why performance is changing and what should be done about it. Comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment where priorities and product launches can change quickly. Compensation (commensurate with experience and scope)

Contract:

Competitive monthly/annualized rate with the potential for a performance-based bonus tied to agreed-upon growth and performance objectives.

Full-Time Option:

Competitive base salary + performance-based annual bonus

Location:

[NYC / Los Angeles on-site]
