About the Role We're seeking a dynamic, results-driven Social Media Ads Manager to lead our paid advertising efforts on Facebook and Instagram. You'll own paid social strategy end to end from audience research and campaign builds to budget management, optimization, and reporting, crafting compelling campaigns that elevate brand visibility and drive measurable ROI. This is a great fit for someone who's as comfortable digging into performance data as they are briefing a scroll-stopping ad. What You'll Do Core (paid media): Develop, launch, and manage targeted ad campaigns on Facebook and Instagram (Meta Ads Manager) across the funnel, awareness, consideration, conversion Build and maintain audience targeting: custom audiences, lookalikes, and retargeting pools Manage daily/monthly ad budgets and bidding strategies to hit
CPA/ROAS
goals Write ad copy and creative briefs, and collaborate with designers on ad assets A/B test creative, copy, audiences, and placements on an ongoing basis Monitor performance daily; analyze data trends and adjust spend/targeting accordingly Track key metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, conversion rate) using Meta Ads Manager and Google Analytics; deliver clear weekly/monthly reports Manage Meta Pixel/Conversions API setup and troubleshoot tracking issues alongside our dev team Stay current on Meta platform updates, ad policy changes, and industry best practices Supporting (content & strategy): Collaborate with content creators on visual and written ad assets; basic use of Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator or similar tools a plus Run social listening to gauge audience sentiment, spot emerging trends, and inform campaign adjustments Coordinate with organic content/social scheduling (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) to keep paid and organic messaging aligned Support influencer and partner relationships where they intersect with paid campaigns Apply basic SEO/keyword research principles to improve ad relevance and discoverability Requirements (Must-Have) 2-3+ years of hands-on experience managing paid campaigns in Meta Ads Manager Proven track record managing ad budgets and improving
ROAS/CPA
over time Strong understanding of audience segmentation, retargeting, and funnel strategy Comfortable reading and presenting performance data (Excel/Google Sheets required; Google Analytics) Sharp eye for what makes ad creative and copy perform; strong content writing and proofreading skills Familiarity with Meta Pixel, Conversions API, and basic tracking/attribution concepts Excellent communication and relationship-management skills for working across internal teams Self-starter who can manage multiple campaigns and priorities independently Experience with social scheduling tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, etc) Nice to Have Experience with other paid platforms (TikTok Ads, Google Ads, Pinterest) Meta Blueprint certification Graphic design or media editing skills (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, CapCut) SEO/keyword research experience and social listening tool familiarity branding strategy, e-commerce integration, photography, video editing, or PR experience
