$80k Position Description We are hiring a Paid Social Buyer to buy and manage client media investments across major social platforms including Meta, TikTok, Reddit, Pinterest, Snapchat and others. The ideal candidate brings a strong foundation in media buying, reporting, and analytics, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is detail oriented. Responsibilities Build and manage full funnel campaigns across the various social platforms. Optimize campaigns against performance goals and KPIs Analyze campaign data to assist in developing strategy to scale spend while improving performance Partner cross-functionally with strategy, planning, measurement, and Ad Ops) to align on campaign goals and unique account needs Join client meetings to represent ICON's social capabilities and value Monitor key metrics and adjust strategy in real time as needed Compile and analyze performance data, identify trends, and proactively bring recommendations to both clients and internal teams Stay ahead of the latest platform updates, trends, and best practices in social media Skills and Qualifications Bachelor's degree required 2-4 years of experience in paid social media, agency or client-side Highly organized with strong project management skills; able to manage multiple projects and reprioritize as needs shift Strong communication skills, comfortable engaging both internally and with external clients Ability to analyze social media metrics and recommend optimizations that drive performance Strong understanding of platform algorithms, optimization levers, and ad products Analytical mindset with a focus on media performance and results Experience compiling client-facing deliverables Intermediate Excel and AI tool proficiency Must have the legal right to work in the
