Job Description

Overall Job Summary This role will support the Media team with the day-to-day campaign management and performance reporting for paid media campaigns with a primary focus on Google Ads. Essential Duties and Responsibilities (Min 5%) Partner with the Media managers to execute performance marketing campaigns, report on results, and recommend future enhancements. Work directly in Google Ads to deploy paid search, shopping, and Performance Max campaigns under the direction of the Media Manager with a focus on performance marketing channels. Support onboarding of future performance channels in social media (i.e.

TikTok) Support Media managers in collaborating with IT and Product feed partners to ensure data integration, measurement integrity, and compliance within our product feed for various marketing platforms. Partner with National and Local Marketing Managers to develop and execute campaigns that support key merchandise initiatives. Proactively coordinate daily tasks and facilitate regular and clear communication with internal departments and third parties to achieve timely completion and ensure proper execution of performance-based marketing. Complete media stretch projects and other tasks as assigned. Required Qualifications
Experience:
2-3 years of paid media experience (Google, paid social, and/or programmatic media) preferred on a marketing team or agency.
Education:
Bachelor's degree. Any suitable combination of education and experience will be considered.
Professional Certifications:
None Preferred knowledge, skills or abilities Strong organizational and project management skills. Proficiency in Google Ads and other digital marketing tools preferred. Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
