AZ - Chandler 3075 What you'll do: As a Receivables Product Team Manager, you'll drive growth while being committed to implement unified standards that promote accuracy, scalability, and a frictionless client experience. You'll develop and apply a deep understanding of the bank's cost and revenue drivers and will identify opportunities to improve margins. You'll take ownership of the bank's account analysis program, design and implement controls to ensure the accuracy of all client billing, create controls to minimize leakage, and analyze expenses to ensure adherence to budget and/or contractual agreements, etc. You'll monitor adherence to revenue targets and will guarantee that billing practices comply with applicable laws and regulations. Manage for a small team of Analysts and/or Specialists and champion and execute a variety of projects related to customer pricing and packaging, fee waivers, and suppression, etc. Implement new product pricing and changes, vendor invoicing and validation, establish a risk management framework and procedures, as well as identify additional operational efficiencies. Utilize critical thinking skills, such as data-driven decision-making, an aptitude for creating efficiencies, and the ability to remove barriers. Oversee all account analysis functions, including balancing and reconciling of system data, design and execution of financial controls. Obtain appropriate approvals, review data for reasonableness and completeness, and perform variance analysis. Lead and develop a team; responsible for hiring, coaching, performance management, training and development. What you'll need: 7+ years of related experience in Product Management, Treasury Management Sales or similar field. Bachelor's degree in related field required; Masters or MBA in related field preferred. Previous leadership experience required. Advanced knowledge of general financial services or banking products and services. Advanced knowledge of applicable regulatory and legal compliance obligations, rules and regulations, industry standards and practices. Advanced knowledge of banking products, including treasury management, credit cards, as well as pricing dynamics. Market specific awareness. Advanced experience with Product Management Methodology including new product launches, road mapping, business cases, product enhancements, communication and marketing plans, and robust executive management presentations and reporting development. Advanced speaking and writing communication skills. Occasional travel required.
