- Seeking a Technical Program/Product Manager who will be responsible for driving alignment, accountability, planning, risk management, governance, and execution across a cross-functional global organization in the development of medical devices.
Responsibilities:
Leading teams through all phases of product development, regulatory submission, launch readiness, commercialization, and post-launch transition. Ensuring all phase deliverables, reviews, design controls, and development artifacts are completed on time and with a high degree of quality. Partner with Quality and Regulatory teams to ensure compliance with applicable medical device standards and regulations. Lead launch planning across R D, Operations, Commercial, Service, Marketing, Training, and Supply Chain organizations Provide regular executive-level communication on program status, risks, financial implications, and mitigation plans. Lead program reviews, governance forums, and executive decision-making processes.Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical discipline. 10+ years of progressively increasing responsibility in Program Management, Product Development, or Engineering Leadership. Proven experience leading complex medical device, digital health, connected device, or Software as a Medical Device (SaMD) program. Demonstrated experience delivering products from development through regulatory approval, launch, and commercialization. Strong understanding of medical device product development processes, design controls, risk management, and regulatory requirements.Job Types:
