Job Description

Andari Fashion, Inc., a leader in full-service knitwear manufacturing for top U.S. fashion brands, is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Assistant Product Developer to join our Product Development Team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a collaborative, cross-functional environment that bridges manufacturing, sourcing, and design. As part of our team, you'll contribute to the creation of exceptional knitwear for leading brands while developing your skills in a supportive, fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Interpret and process customer tech packs. Develop and refine technical specifications. Create detailed cost sheets for samples. Order and track sample yarns and trims. Coordinate with overseas factories on sample progress and feedback. Evaluate samples and prepare fit comments and grading specs. Assist in preparing packages, swatch cards, and line sheets. Support senior product developers with various tasks. Perform office duties, including data entry and administrative support.
Qualifications:
Fluent in Chinese to communicate effectively with overseas factories. Proficient in MS Office, Outlook, Photoshop, and Illustrator. Highly organized with a sharp eye for detail. Strong multi-tasking and prioritization skills in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Thrives under tight deadlines and high-pressure situations. Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable.
