ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide product management support for essential and seasonal lines including pricing, analyzing sales, forecast, and competitor data, PLM system maintenance, building sku plans, supporting lifecycle and franchise management. Support product lifecycle including release and retirement Manage product timelines to ensure deliverables are met and information is communicated to applicable teams Maintain system / tools to ensure product information is accurate and up to date Present product line strategy and sku plans to cross-functional and executive teams Support product line proofing (i.e., catalogs, components, sales tools, etc.) Support the product preparation process for cross-functional teams and key accounts / retailers Support the coordination of special make-up (SMU) opportunities with cross-functional teams Support industry and competitive analysis Maintain up-to-date knowledge of category management methodologies, best practices, and processes Support the GTM process and build presentations for given categories to be presented in these meetingsTECHNICAL COMPETENCIES
(Knowledge, Skills & Abilities) Proficient in Microsoft Applications (i.e., Excel, PowerPoint, Word) Proficient in SAP or equivalent ERP Proficient in PLM, preferred Ability to drive, influence and collaborate across numerous functional areas Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Strong communication and decision-making abilities Strong creative thinking skillset Strong organization, attention to detail and follow-up skillsEDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Merchandising or Product Management or a related field, or equivalent related experience. Minimum 3 years' experience in a merchandising or product line management capacity 83,200.00- 104,000.00
