Job Description Our client, a leading media and entertainment organization, is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the implementation of a modern rights and licensing management platform. This role will play a critical part in a large-scale technology transformation initiative focused on rights administration, content licensing, royalty management, and intellectual property workflows. The ideal candidate brings deep experience with rights management systems, strong product management expertise, and the ability to partner across business and technology teams to deliver complex enterprise solutions. Key Responsibilities Lead business requirements gathering and product discovery activities for a rights management platform implementation. Define product strategy, roadmap, and requirements to support licensing, intellectual property, and royalty management processes. Serve as a subject matter expert on rights-related business workflows and technology solutions. Partner closely with engineering teams throughout the full software development lifecycle (SDLC), from requirements through deployment. Facilitate collaboration among business stakeholders, technical teams, and third-party vendors to ensure successful project execution. Manage product delivery using a combination of Agile and traditional project methodologies, as appropriate. Maintain and prioritize product backlogs, user stories, and requirements documentation using Jira and Confluence. Identify and manage impacts to downstream systems and business processes throughout the implementation. Support organizational change management, user adoption, and operational readiness efforts associated with the platform rollout.
