Product Development Manager Eye Ojo Corp Ontario, CA Job Details Full-time $75,000 - $95,000 a year 5 hours ago Benefits Paid time off Qualifications Sourcing Product marketing E-commerce Attention to detail Product strategy Full Job Description Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Product Manager to manage the development and lifecycle of our eyewear products. This position will be responsible for identifying new product opportunities, coordinating product development, working with suppliers and internal teams, and managing products from concept through launch and ongoing sales. The ideal candidate should have strong product development, market research, communication, and project management skills, with experience in consumer products preferred. Key Responsibilities Research market trends, customer needs, and competitor products to identify new product opportunities. Develop and manage new eyewear products from concept through production and launch. Define product specifications, features, colors, packaging, target pricing, and positioning. Work closely with designers on new product concepts, packaging, and product presentation. Review and evaluate product samples and coordinate revisions before final production. Manage existing product lines and recommend product improvements, expansions, or discontinuations. Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, E-commerce, Purchasing, and Operations teams to support successful product launches. Prepare and maintain product specifications, pricing information, product data, and other product documentation. Support product listings and launches across Amazon, company websites, and other sales channels. Ensure projects stay on schedule and follow up on key development and production deadlines. Qualifications College education in Business, Marketing, Product Development, or a related field preferred. 5+ years of experience in product management, product development, purchasing, merchandising, or a related role. Experience working with consumer products and manufacturers or suppliers is preferred. Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills. Good understanding of product costing, pricing, margins, and inventory. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other standard business software. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously. Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with different departments. Preferred Qualifications Experience in the eyewear, safety products, accessories, or consumer goods industry. Experience working with overseas manufacturers and suppliers. Experience with Amazon and e-commerce products. Knowledge of product sourcing, packaging, inventory planning, and supply chain processes.
