Job Summary The Senior Product Manager will play a key role in defining the product roadmap and driving the development of financial systems and solutions within the Corporate Shared Services team. This role requires deep expertise in SAP S/4HANA, ECC, and financial applications. financial applications and analytics. Define, develop, and manage the product roadmap to support future business needs. Identify and prioritize growth opportunities using data, customer insights, and market analysis. Collaborate with finance stakeholders to ensure product solutions meet business requirements. Partner with engineering, finance, operations, and analytics teams to guide finance products from conception to launch. Build clear business cases and articulate the impact of initiatives prioritized on the roadmap. Write detailed product requirements, functional specifications, and user stories for engineering and design teams. Present insights and recommendations to executives and other stakeholders. Finance applications and systems. Proven experience managing all aspects of the product lifecycle from development to launch and support. Strong background in

SAP S/4HANA, ECC

Finance, Salesforce, MS Dynamics, Databricks, and related analytical systems. Experience implementing SAP General Ledger, Accounts Payable/Receivable, FICA (with CC/CI), and Treasury integrations. Strong understanding of accounting standards, principles, and subscription-based business models. Ability to translate business requirements into functional specifications and collaborate with development teams. Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage multiple data sources to support decisions. Proven ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, time-sensitive environments with minimal direction. Experience working across multiple teams to support successful software product launches. Preferred Qualifications Experience integrating financial systems and applications across enterprise environments. Background working with cross-functional teams to drive innovation in financial systems. Experience with analytics platforms and financial data transformations.
