Job Description

Responsibilities TikTok is seeking a Senior Product Manager to build industry-specific Agentic Lead solutions within TikTok Ads Manager. This role owns the end-to-end lead-generation experience
  • from lead collection and qualification to conversion
  • and focuses on designing tailored solutions for priority verticals (e.
g. auto, education, finserv, local & professional services). You will identify new opportunities for industry solutions, and increasingly bring AI and agent-based capabilities into the lead-generation journey to drive lead quality, cost efficiency, and advertiser growth on the platform.
Responsibilities:
  • Own the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of Agentic Lead industry solutions across priority verticals, tailoring the lead collection → qualification → conversion flow to each vertical's funnel and requirements.
  • Bring AI and agent-based capabilities into the lead-generation experience to improve lead quality and advertiser efficiency. Stay ahead of ad-tech trends and emerging AI technologies.
  • Translate advertiser pain points, business goals, and product strategy into clear product requirements, user flows, and launch plans. Design and iterate the client experience.
  • Leverage customer feedback, user research, competitor research, and data analytics to identify growth opportunities and continuously improve the lead-generation experience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (vertical, ads core, delivery, design, creatives) to define product strategy and set objectives aligned with vertical advertisers' needs.
Qualifications Minimum Qualifications:
  • Medium written and oral proficiency in Mandarin required. Both English and Mandarin skill sets are required to support clients and to communicate with stakeholders based in Mainland China
  • Bachelor's degree or above. 3+ years of PM experience is highly preferred.
  • Ability to continuously optimize ad delivery strategies and product capabilities, enhance user experiences, and rapidly iterate and experiment to deliver optimal solutions.
  • Strong logical thinking, business acumen, and analytical skills, with the ability to use data to guide product decisions.
  • Highly sensitive to customer experience, with a proven track record of driving product growth from 1 to 10, and fundamental operational thinking.
  • Big-picture mindset and independent thinking; able to adjust strategy in complex, fast-changing environments and keep projects moving; resilient and positive. Job Information [For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually) The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $185600
  • $295200 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units. Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location.
