Job Description
We are looking for a Growth Product Manager to help shape and improve subscription-based consumer experiences for a team based in Santa Monica, California. This Long-term Contract position is ideal for someone who combines strong growth product management expertise with hands-on ownership of product priorities, experimentation, and cross-functional delivery. The role will focus on creating customer-centered solutions, refining the product roadmap, and partnering with stakeholders to drive measurable business and user outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the strategy and execution of subscription-focused product initiatives that improve acquisition, engagement, retention, and customer lifetime value.
- Partner with design, engineering, marketing, and analytics teams to define product goals, translate ideas into actionable plans, and deliver high-impact releases.
- Manage and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring work is aligned to business objectives, user needs, and measurable growth opportunities.
- Use data, customer insights, and market signals to identify areas for optimization and guide product decisions across the consumer experience.
- Create clear product requirements, user stories, and success metrics while supporting Agile Scrum ceremonies throughout the development lifecycle.
- Monitor product performance, investigate defects or friction points, and coordinate resolution efforts to maintain a high-quality customer experience.
- Drive experimentation and iterative improvement through testing frameworks, performance analysis, and close collaboration with growth-focused teams.
- Communicate roadmap updates, delivery status, and strategic recommendations to stakeholders across the organization.
