Full-time | In-person Job Summary The Product Development Coordinator serves as the central hub for the lifecycle of new products and change requests. This role is responsible for driving projects from initial concept through to completion, ensuring seamless integration between Sales, R&D, Procurement, QA, and Operations. You will manage formulations, approvals, and pricing while maintaining meticulous product specifications and system updates within BatchMaster (BM) ERP.
Collaborate with the R&D team to review, refine, and finalize product formulations.
Regulatory Accuracy:
Oversee the completion of vital documentation, including Finished Product Specifications (FPS), Supplement/Nutritional/Drug Fact Panels, and Master Product Records (MPR).
Change Control:
Manage system updates via formal Change Requests, ensuring all revisions to formulas, packaging Bills of Materials (BOMs), and product details are tracked and approved.
Strategic Communication Alignment:
Ensure cross-functional teams remain aligned with project deadlines and business priorities.
Risk Mitigation:
Proactively identify project delays and communicate status updates to leadership and stakeholders.
Qualifications & Skills Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Science, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
Industry Experience:
Previous experience in contract manufacturing, cosmetics, or dietary supplements is highly advantageous.
Technical Proficiency:
Advanced knowledge of BatchMaster (BM) or similar ERP systems for product tracking and Change Control management.
Project Leadership:
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize high-impact projects in a fast-paced environment.
Communication:
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate technical data for various departments. Attention to
