Job Description

Cox Automotive seeks a Product Commercialization & Readiness Manager to drive successful launches of innovative automotive and mobility solutions. In this role, you will own go-to-market planning, cross-functional launch readiness, and commercialization strategy across brands like Autotrader, Kelley Blue Book, Manheim, and Dealertrack. You'll partner with product, marketing, sales, and operations to define requirements, build enablement assets, and ensure operational readiness. Using data and market insights, you will measure launch performance, optimize adoption and revenue, and continuously enhance commercialization processes in a collaborative, people-first culture. Responsibilities Lead go-to-market planning for new and enhanced Cox Automotive products in telecommunications and media-adjacent solutions Coordinate cross-functional launch readiness with product, sales, marketing, operations, and customer success teams Define commercialization requirements, pricing and packaging inputs, and launch milestones Develop and maintain launch playbooks, enablement materials, and internal communications Analyze market, customer, and competitive insights to refine commercialization strategies Track launch performance, adoption, and revenue impact; recommend optimization actions Ensure operational readiness across support, billing, training, and documentation Manage stakeholder alignment, timelines, and risk mitigation for major releases Support sales enablement with value propositions, use cases, and product positioning Continuously improve commercialization frameworks, processes, and metrics Required Skills Product commercialization Go-to-market strategy Telecommunications or media/technology domain knowledge Project and program management Market and competitive analysis Sales enablement and product positioning Data analysis and KPI tracking Cross-functional collaboration Pricing and packaging concepts Product lifecycle management
