Develop and execute detailed sourcing strategies for new products.
Identify and evaluate potential suppliers and support supplier selection and negotiations.
Negotiate supplier agreements and documentation, including NDAs, SOWs, and LOIs.
Participate in project team meetings and communicate project updates clearly to leadership and stakeholders.
Work with Engineering, Operations, Quality, and other internal teams to identify requirements and opportunities for early supplier involvement.
Ensure suppliers meet quality, delivery, cost, and production-volume requirements.
Support continuity of supply by confirming supplier capacity and production capabilities.
Develop target costs and work with internal teams and suppliers to achieve cost objectives.
Identify opportunities to utilize common parts, preferred suppliers, and existing supplier platforms.
Maintain accurate sourcing activity and project information to support product builds.
Help identify potential issues, support root-cause analysis, and oversee corrective actions. experience 4-7 years skills
Demonstrated experience negotiating with and evaluating suppliers.
Strong ability to coordinate projects, facilitate discussions, resolve conflicts, and build consensus.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
