Job Description

Cox Automotive seeks a Lead Product Manager to drive strategy and delivery for data-driven products serving dealers, OEMs, and consumers in the telecommunications and media-enabled automotive ecosystem. You will own the product vision, roadmap, and backlog for cross-brand solutions, collaborating with engineering, UX, data, and go-to-market teams. Responsibilities include defining requirements, aligning stakeholders, leading discovery, and measuring product outcomes. You'll mentor PMs, champion customer-centric design, and leverage market insights to shape scalable, innovative solutions across Cox's portfolio of brands. Responsibilities Define and own product vision, strategy, and roadmap across Cox Automotive brands Prioritize and manage the product backlog using Agile practices Lead cross-functional collaboration with engineering, UX, data, and go-to-market teams Conduct market, competitive, and user research to inform product decisions Translate business and customer needs into clear, testable requirements and user stories Establish and track KPIs to measure product performance and outcomes Drive go-to-market planning and readiness with marketing, sales, and customer success Mentor and guide associate and mid-level product managers Champion customer-centric, data-informed decision making Align stakeholders around product priorities and communicate status and risks Required Skills Product roadmap development Agile/Scrum methodologies Data-driven decision making Market and user research Requirements gathering and prioritization Stakeholder management Go-to-market planning KPI definition and product analytics Telecommunications or media domain knowledge Automotive retail and mobility ecosystem understanding
