Job Description

Job Description Insight Global's client is looking for a Senior Product Manager to help join their Loyalty Product team to support the new Loyalty program. This will be a high visibility very important project to the company as they redo their Loyalty program. We are looking for someone who can help with discovery as they plan the roadmap, then in Q2 things will start to ramp up.
Key responsibilities:
  • Stakeholder management.
  • Leading discovery, identifying pain points, and mapping the customer journey.
  • Deeply understanding the business to translate requirements into technical stack and design.
  • Writing user stories, building out epics and features in Azure DevOps (ADO).
  • Managing the full product management lifecycle, from discovery to implementation and delivery.
  • Administrative tasks such as setting up ADO, building out epics and features and user stories.
  • Collaborating with , engineering teams, and design conversations, especially in Q2.
  • Providing very good communication" to bridge gaps, as the speaker also leads other initiatives
  • Ability to manage expectations across business leaders.

  • 5-7 years of Product Management experience, including leading Agile sprints, partnering with engineering teams, managing backlogs, and prioritizing work to drive product delivery
  • Strong understanding of Loyalty Programs, including how rewards, returns, and earning structures function across channels such as in-store, mobile app, and promotional incentives
  • Experience with product tracking tools such as Azure DevOps (ADO) or similar platforms
  • Solid background in Agile or Scrum environments
  • Culture fit, right fit for the team
  • Strong communication
  • Experience working at an enterprise scale with complex systems and cross-functional teams
  • Experience launching a new loyalty program.
