Job Description Analyze market trends, customer requirements, and competitive dynamics to identify opportunities for product and business growth. Gather and evaluate customer and industry feedback to support product enhancements and future development initiatives. Partner with internal stakeholders across engineering, operations, sales, and service functions to align product strategy with business objectives. Support the development and execution of product roadmaps, ensuring priorities align with market demands and long-term company goals. Assist with the planning and execution of new product introductions, including launch readiness, customer adoption, and commercial support activities. Monitor product performance and market acceptance, recommending adjustments to improve profitability, competitiveness, and overall business results. Contribute to pricing, forecasting, and strategic planning efforts to support sustainable growth. Collaborate with domestic and international teams to ensure alignment on product initiatives and organizational objectives. CNC Experience Required (Mills/Lathes) Quoting, Costing, Customer Facing experience Minimum 5 years of relevant experience Ability to evaluate, understand product development strategies Strong networking skills needed Ability to use MS Office What's on Offer Competitive annual salary ranging from $115,000 to $130,000 USD. a bonus paid out around 8-13% based off company and personal metrics 3 weeks of PTO, additional 5 sick days, and Holidays.
