Commercial Insurance Product Manager

Job Description

We've recently helped this team add to its product organization—and they're not done building. We're looking for a Product Manager with commercial insurance experience who wants to help create products from the ground up and see them through to launch. You'll work across underwriting, actuarial, legal, operations, and technology to turn ideas into market-ready insurance products—from coverage and rules through implementation. What you'll do: Develop and refine commercial insurance products, forms, and requirements. Translate underwriting strategy into clear, executable rules. Navigate regulatory requirements across admitted and non-admitted business. Own multiple initiatives from concept through launch. Work cross-functionally to turn ideas into products that work in the real world.
What you bring:
Commercial P&C or specialty insurance experience. Product development, product management, underwriting, forms, or compliance experience. Understanding of how insurance products move from concept to implementation. Strong judgment, attention to detail, and a bias toward action. Why it's compelling: You'll be building—not just managing. Join a growing insurance product team where your work directly shapes what gets brought to market. Remote
