Job Description
$120000 - $190000 We are partnering with a global leader in advanced semiconductor technology that develops high-performance RF and microwave solutions used in communications infrastructure, aerospace, defense, industrial systems, and next-generation data applications. This full-time opportunity can be based in a major U.S. engineering hub and offers the chance to drive strategy for a cutting-edge Gallium Nitride (GaN) product portfolio serving highly technical markets. This is an exciting opportunity for a technically minded marketing professional who enjoys operating at the intersection of engineering, business strategy, and customer engagement. The ideal candidate is passionate about RF technologies, understands semiconductor products at both the device and system level, and thrives in a highly collaborative environment. You'll have visibility across executive leadership, product development, customers, and sales teams while helping shape the future direction of a growing product line.
Required Skills & Experience + Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field + 5+ years of experience in semiconductor engineering, product marketing, product management, or a similar technical role + Strong understanding of RF and microwave semiconductor technologies + Experience with GaN, MMIC, power amplifiers, or related RF products + Knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing, testing, reliability, and qualification processes + Demonstrated experience supporting customer-facing activities and technical sales initiatives + Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills + Experience launching and commercializing new technology products Desired Skills & Experience + Experience supporting aerospace, defense, telecommunications, or data center markets + Familiarity with distribution channels and partner-based sales models + Market analysis and competitive intelligence experience + Product roadmap planning experience + Strong business case development and pricing strategy knowledge + Ability to influence stakeholders across multiple departments without direct authority + International customer engagement experience + Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills What You Will Be Doing Tech Breakdown + 40% RF Semiconductor Product Strategy & Roadmap Development + 25% Customer & Market Engagement + 20% Cross-Functional Collaboration with Engineering and Operations + 15% Competitive Analysis, Pricing, and Business Planning Daily Responsibilities + 35% Product Marketing & Portfolio Management + 30% Customer-Facing Technical Support and Product Definition + 20% Sales Enablement, Training, and Marketing Collateral Creation + 15% Cross-Functional Team Collaboration You will lead the strategic direction of an advanced RF semiconductor portfolio, identifying market opportunities and translating customer requirements into actionable product initiatives. Working closely with engineering, quality, operations, and commercial teams, you'll help define future product offerings and support new product introductions.
