Senior Product Development Engineer Grand Haven, MI In-Office with flexible scheduling About Esox Engineering Esox Engineering helps clients transform product ideas into successful products. Our work spans medical devices, furniture, and consumer products, with a strong emphasis on concept creation, engineering, prototyping, testing, and refinement. We're looking for an experienced Product Development Engineer who enjoys solving practical engineering problems, working directly with clients, and contributing to a collaborative, high-performing team. Majority of work focused on new product development Significant hands-on prototype development and testing Direct collaboration with clients Exposure to medical devices, furniture, and consumer products Mentorship from experienced product development engineers More direct engineering work than many larger organizations Responsibilities Develop products from concept through validation Create and refine mechanical designs using Creo Design practical, manufacturable solutions Build, test, evaluate, and improve prototypes Present technical recommendations and project updates to clients Manage individual tasks and priorities across multiple projects Share your knowledge and learnings with the team Collaborate with a team of experienced product developers Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline 5-10 years of product development experience Professional Creo experience Experience designing products for manufacturing Experience with prototyping, testing, and design iteration Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to work effectively with both clients and teammates Medical device experience is valuable but not required.
