Job Description
Job Duties:
Responsible for defining solutions that are viable, feasible, and exceed customer expectations. Uses customer insights, feedback and market trends to craft the vision and product strategy. Tasked with prioritizing features and enhancements, creating detailed product roadmaps, and managing the product lifecycle from concept to launch and beyond. Engage with customers regularly to gather actionable feedback, ensuring that the product continues to evolve in ways that deliver maximum value. Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to ensure seamless communication and alignment on product vision and objectives. Adept at balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution, making data-driven decisions to drive product success and achieve business growth. Hybrid work may be permitted.Job Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business Analytics, or related field. 5 years of combined experience developing product strategies and launching new products; 5 years of experience defining product vision and strategy for automation solutions; 5 years of product management or multi-team product ownership experience; 5 years of experience in data analytics and testing; 4 years of experience creating dashboards to track business KPIS using either Python or SQL; 5 years of experience in product lifecycle, including change, risk, issue, procurement, and stakeholder management; 4 years of experience analyzing market trends to elevate customer satisfaction; 5 years of experience measuring and tacking the benefits from product initiatives to ensure they contribute to business objectives; 5 years of experience collecting, analyzing, and using data to drive decisions related to features and priorities; 5 years of experience analyzing market trends and customer needs by gathering feedback and researching trends; 5 years of experience overseeing the entire product lifecycle from concept to launch and beyond; Experience with Program Management, Project Management, and strong Financial Acumen with at least 3 years leading and managing multi-role teams; 3 years of experience using lean and/or agile approaches to develop solutions; 3 years of experience utilizing lean and agile principles to decompose large solutions into features.To apply:
