full-time Your tasks:
- Manage and develop the product portfolio according to customer requirements and market needs.
- Identify new product applications and support product development in collaboration with Product Engineering, Global Product Management, and R D.
- Lead technical projects from initiation through implementation in series production.
- Coordinate prototype production and deliveries, product transfers, engineering changes, and technical documentation.
- Support technical requests, feasibility studies, and cost calculations during the RFQ process.
- Support technical product communication, including presentations, trainings, customer support, and engineering fairs.
- Support production ramp-up and Quality Management activities, including customer complaints and 8D processes.
- Drive continuous improvement and optimization of the product portfolio.
Your skills:
- Degree in Engineering or a comparable technical field.
- Experience in design and development and technical project management.
- Knowledge of APQP, DFMEA, and automotive specifications.
- Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional and international teams.
- Professional proficiency in English.
- Good knowledge of MS Office, MS Project, and CAD tools.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Willingness to travel internationally, when required.
