Through October 2026 with potential for extensionRole SummarySeeking a Footwear Product Developer to support the development of performance footwear from concept through commercialization. This role partners cross-functionally with Design, Engineering, Materials, Testing, Merchandising, Sourcing, and Operations to deliver high-quality products that meet performance, cost, and timeline goals.

Top Must Have SkillsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Industrial Design, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).1+ year of product creation/product development experience.

Knowledge of product construction, materials, and the product creation lifecycle.

Strong project management, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.

Additional QualificationsExperience with technical or performance products preferred.

Ability to read technical drawings, sketches, or 3D files is a plus.

Knowledge of footwear manufacturing, tooling, or pattern engineering preferred.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Ability to travel up to 10%.ResponsibilitiesDrive footwear projects from concept through commercialization.

Partner with cross-functional teams and global manufacturing partners throughout development.

Convert design concepts into product samples that meet performance and business objectives.

Manage timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure on-time execution.

Recommend materials, components, and construction solutions to achieve product goals.

Support product testing and incorporate feedback to improve performance and fit.

Ensure products meet quality, cost, sustainability, and manufacturability requirements.

Communicate project status, risks, and solutions to stakeholders throughout the product creation process.

In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment.
