Job Description
Jones Lang LaSalle Americas, Inc. seeks an Organizational Product Manager to design and manage storage and organization solutions across commercial real estate portfolios. You will define product strategy, gather requirements, and translate client, tenant, and facilities needs into scalable, tech-enabled organizational products that improve space efficiency and user experience. Partnering with leasing, property, and project teams, you will oversee pilots, rollouts, and performance analytics, driving continuous improvement, sustainability outcomes, and innovation in the built environment. Responsibilities Own the product vision and roadmap for storage and organization solutions across JLL-managed properties Analyze tenant, client, and facilities data to identify needs and prioritize organizational product features Partner with leasing, facilities, and project management teams to integrate solutions into real estate portfolios Define requirements, user stories, and success metrics for new organizational products and enhancements Coordinate with vendors and internal tech teams on design, testing, and rollout of solutions Monitor product performance, adoption, and ROI; recommend optimizations and expansions Ensure solutions support sustainability, space efficiency, and client experience goals Prepare reports, business cases, and presentations for senior stakeholders Required Skills Product management Roadmap development Requirements gathering Data analysis and reporting Stakeholder management Vendor management Real estate operations familiarity Agile or iterative development Financial modeling and business cases Presentation and communication
