Evening & Weekend Availability Now Hiring:

Two Sales Associates Monday-Friday | 3:00 PM-9:00 PM Weekend Availability Required Part-Time | Up to 32 Hours Per Week At Massage Envy by Touchpoint, sales is a primary responsibility of this position . We are looking for confident, motivated Sales Associates who have a proven and accountable sales background and are comfortable being measured against clear performance expectations. This is not simply a front desk or receptionist position. You will build relationships with guests, understand their wellness needs, confidently recommend memberships and services, and ask for the sale . Our Sales Associates are expected to maintain a minimum 15% membership closing percentage, with the goal of consistently exceeding 15% . What You'll Do As a Sales Associate, you will: Drive membership sales and consistently work toward or exceed a 15% closing percentage Confidently present the benefits and value of Massage Envy memberships Ask for the sale and effectively work through guest questions and objections Build genuine relationships with guests and create an exceptional customer experience Recommend enhancements, skincare services, retail products, and other wellness options Track and take ownership of your individual sales performance Participate in sales coaching and ongoing training Answer phones, schedule appointments, and assist guests with their accounts Support our massage therapists and estheticians throughout the day Maintain a clean, professional, and organized clinic Complete closing responsibilities, including cleaning, laundry, stocking, register balancing, and end-of-day procedures What We're Looking For A proven sales background is required for this position. We are looking for someone who: Has demonstrated success in a sales-focused position Is comfortable being held accountable to measurable sales goals Understands closing percentages, conversion, and individual sales performance Is confident asking customers for their business Is motivated by commission and performance-based earning opportunities Can receive sales coaching and immediately apply feedback Enjoys building relationships and creating repeat customers Is competitive, goal-oriented, and self-motivated Can multitask while maintaining excellent customer service Is dependable and available for evening and weekend shifts Takes pride in maintaining a clean and organized workplace Experience in membership sales, fitness, wellness, beauty, retail, hospitality, or another goal-driven sales environment is strongly preferred. Compensation & Benefits $17.00 per hour plus commission Sales performance creates additional earning opportunities. Our commission structure rewards Sales Associates for generating membership and seasonal gift card sales.
