Responsibilities In this role, you will be responsible for managing our fire service respiratory protection equipment for the NFPA market through the full product lifecycle. This role requires excellent listening, problem-solving, business acumen, and communication skills. To be successful in this position, you are expected to deeply understand our customers' needs and NFPA market dynamics so that you can translate those learnings into best-in-class, differentiated fire service respiratory protection experiences. You will work collaboratively and cross-functionally across all levels of the organization to ensure the health of the product group and the team, helping to balance long-term strategic considerations and product development with near- and mid-term opportunities and challenges in a high-pressure, opinionated environment. Qualifications Qualifications Experience developing products in industries that are subject to regulatory requirements. Displays exceptional customer-facing and organizational communication skills Serves as the go-to product expert for critical customer engagements and presentations Demonstrates global business acumen, identifying and executing upon product and business model opportunities across a multi-national landscape Collaborates with key stakeholders to establish, monitor, and achieve performance goals that align with the project plan and company goals Drives the front end of innovation through VOC efforts and market expertise Displays a willingness to take informed risk, drive consensus and influence the long range portfolio Manages and influences peers without direct authority Competencies Business Acumen Customer Focus Driving Execution Passion for Results Strategic Decision Making Technical/Professional Knowledge and Skills Communication Coaching Building a Successful Team Education Required Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Engineering, Business Administration or related discipline 4 years of relevant work experience may be substituted for a
