Job Description
We are looking for a Product Manager to connect platform capabilities with the needs of infrastructure-focused software solutions in Exton, Pennsylvania. This role combines product leadership with technical partnership, helping teams turn complex business and engineering needs into practical roadmap decisions. The ideal candidate brings strong product judgment, thrives in cross-functional environments, and can build alignment across technical and business stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the key point of coordination between platform teams and infrastructure-focused product groups to align priorities and deliver solutions that address customer needs.
- Convert business goals, technical constraints, and domain-specific use cases into clear product direction, actionable requirements, and roadmap recommendations.
- Work closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to identify shared opportunities and resolve cross-team challenges.
- Assess which capabilities should be developed as platform services versus product-level features by considering scalability, reuse, and broader market value.
- Guide discussions among diverse stakeholders to drive informed decisions and secure commitment around strategic product outcomes.
- Manage product activities for platform offerings that support infrastructure cloud solutions, including prioritization, backlog refinement, and ongoing iteration.
- Encourage a transparent, collaborative working style that strengthens trust and effective partnership across teams.
- Participate in travel and coordination across time zones to support a global organization and maintain close collaboration with distributed teams.
- 10+ years of experience in product management, technical business development, or a related role within complex software environments.
- Background working on highly technical products, ideally within architecture, engineering, construction, or comparable industries.
- Demonstrated success building long-term value for customers, partners, or internal stakeholders through product strategy and execution.
- Strong technical fluency with the ability to engage credibly with engineering teams and understand the business implications of platform decisions.
- Ability to prioritize effectively by balancing customer needs, strategic objectives, and measurable business impact.
- Proven skill in influencing cross-functional stakeholders and driving alignment without relying on direct authority.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with confidence interacting with both senior leaders and technical contributors.
- Familiarity with Agile practices and tools such as backlog management, Jira, and bug tracking systems.
