We are seeking a growth-centric, excellence-focused App Operations Manager to join our team. Ideal candidates will be able to work onsite at our Texas Headquarters (Arlington, TX 76006) or New York Office (New York, NY 10019). Depending on the candidate's location, we may consider a fully remote position. Job Purpose The App Operations Manager is responsible for the operational management of Great American Media's streaming applications across Connected TV, mobile, and web platforms. Reporting to the Product organization, this role ensures applications are properly built, validated, certified, published, and maintained throughout their lifecycle. Working closely with Product Managers, Engineering, QA, the Program Management Office, and external development partners, this role executes product roadmap initiatives by coordinating application builds, maintaining platform SDKs, managing App Store operations, supporting in-app purchase implementations, and ensuring successful releases. This role does not define the product roadmap or feature requirements. Product Managers own product strategy while the App Operations Manager owns the operational execution that brings those initiatives to market. Duties and Responsibilities Manage the operational lifecycle of streaming applications across Connected TV, mobile, and web platforms. Generate development, QA, staging, validation, and production application builds. Coordinate application packaging and version management with engineering teams. Maintain supported SDK versions and monitor platform requirements. Prepare validation builds and coordinate testing with QA prior to certification and release. Manage platform certification submissions and coordinate issue resolution. Maintain App Store listings, metadata, screenshots, release notes, and promotional assets. Coordinate production releases with Product, Engineering, QA, and the PMO. Support subscription and in-app purchase implementations, promotional pricing, and storefront compliance. Monitor platform updates across Roku, Apple, Google, Amazon, Samsung, LG, Vizio, and other supported ecosystems. Develop and maintain release documentation, certification guides, and operational best practices. Continuously improve operational workflows that increase release quality and platform reliability. Other projects and responsibilities as assigned. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, business, or related field, or equivalent practical experience. 3-5+ years of experience supporting mobile, Connected TV, or streaming applications. Experience managing application builds, release processes, and software validation. Experience working with SDKs and platform certification requirements. Familiarity with App Store Connect, Google Play Console, Roku Developer Dashboard, Amazon Appstore, Samsung Seller Office, LG Seller Lounge, or similar developer portals. Experience supporting subscription-based applications and in-app purchase implementations. Strong organizational and cross-functional collaboration skills. Experience with
