Partner with engineering/R&D to deliver new products and enhancements; ensure designs support serviceability, quality, regulatory compliance, and lifecycle cost targets. Collaborate with sourcing and operations to build robust supply strategies (cost, quality, lead time, dual-sourcing where appropriate) and ensure scalable manufacturing/fulfillment readiness. Work with marketing and sales to develop go-to-market plans, channel strategies, training, and tools that increase attach rates and accelerate adoption. Coordinate with service and technical support teams to ensure documentation, warranty policy, repair procedures, and field readiness for launches.
