Revi is an AI-powered SaaS platform that helps businesses convert, engage, and retain customers through intelligent, automated communication. Revi currently operates in a live production environment across 100+ customer accounts, supporting businesses that rely on the platform daily to manage leads, conversations, campaigns, automations, and customer engagement. The platform operates across 100M+ records and a growing volume of production data, automated workflows, customer interactions, and AI-driven conversations. Our technology organization currently includes a 14-person contracted engineering team spanning full-stack development, AI/ML, mobile, QA, data, and DevOps. We are now hiring our first internal Product Manager to establish dedicated product ownership within Revi and work closely with our Founder & CEO, customers, Customer Success team, and engineering organization. ???????????? ???????????????? We are looking for a Senior Product Manager with 5+ years of product management experience and demonstrated experience operating complex SaaS products in live production environments. This role will own the translation of customer needs, company priorities, production data, and technical requirements into a clear and measurable product roadmap. You will be responsible for the full product lifecycle: Problem Identification ? Data Analysis ? Prioritization ? Product Requirements ? Engineering Execution ? Production Release ? Measurement ? Iteration This role requires someone equally comfortable discussing customer problems, analyzing product data, writing detailed requirements, working through technical tradeoffs with engineers, managing production issues, and measuring whether a release actually accomplished its intended objective. ???????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????? Product Strategy & Prioritization
  • Own and continuously prioritize Revi's product roadmap
  • Translate business and customer problems into clear product requirements
  • Balance customer needs, feature development, platform stability, integrations, technical debt, AI capabilities, and growth initiatives
  • Establish measurable objectives for major product initiatives
  • Make prioritization decisions using customer, product, and business data
  • Deprioritize initiatives when expected impact does not justify engineering investment Production & Engineering Execution Revi is an active production platform.
Product decisions can affect customer conversations, campaigns, automations, lead workflows, and underlying data across the customer base. You will provide internal product leadership to Revi's 14-person contracted engineering organization across:
  • Product requirements and acceptance criteria
  • Sprint prioritization and backlog management
  • Release planning and production validation
  • Platform stability and production readiness
  • QA and regression prevention
  • Monitoring and observability
  • Incident response
  • Technical debt
  • Scalability, system performance, and data integrity
  • Post-release analysis Revi operates in two-week engineering sprints with production deployments every other Monday.
You should be comfortable participating directly in production incidents and helping determine root cause, customer impact, remediation, and preventative measures. Product Analytics & Customer Intelligence This is a highly data-driven role. You should be comfortable independently evaluating:
  • Feature adoption and user behavior
  • Conversion, retention, and churn
  • Funnel and cohort performance
  • System utilization
  • Automation and AI performance
  • Production incidents
  • Customer requests and support volume For significant product initiatives, you should be able to establish the baseline, define the target, determine how success will be measured, evaluate the actual result, and use that information to drive subsequent product decisions.
You will also work closely with Customer Success and directly with customers to turn qualitative feedback into structured product intelligence tied to adoption, retention, revenue, and roadmap priorities. Integrations & Platform Expansion A significant component of Revi's growth strategy involves expanding connectivity across additional software and CRM ecosystems. You will work across engineering, customer experience, and go-to-market to define and prioritize integration requirements and ensure integrations are production-ready and scalable. AI Product Management Revi is an AI-native platform. You do not need to be an ML engineer, but you should have a strong working understanding of managing AI-powered functionality in production, including:
  • LLM-powered workflows
  • AI evaluation and model behavior
  • Knowledge systems and automation
  • Human-in-the-loop workflows
  • Accuracy, reliability, and guardrails
  • Latency and cost
  • Data quality
  • Production monitoring AI functionality should be evaluated based on production performance and measurable customer outcomes, not simply whether the functionality has shipped. ???????????????????????????????? ????????????????????????????????????????
  • 5+ years of professional Product Management experience
  • Experience owning a customer-facing SaaS product in a live production environment
  • Experience managing data-intensive products at significant production scale - 100M+ records or comparable scale across events, transactions, API volume, users, or data processing
  • Experience operating at 200M+ record scale is strongly preferred
  • Demonstrated ownership of measurable product KPIs and ability to improve those metrics with quantifiable results
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills
  • Experience making roadmap and prioritization decisions using product data
  • Experience managing production incidents and/or scalability challenges
  • Experience working directly with engineering teams
  • Experience developing detailed product requirements and acceptance criteria
  • Experience balancing technical debt, platform stability, and feature development
  • Ability to prioritize across customer, technical, strategic, and commercial requirements
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to operate independently in a fast-moving environment ???????????????????????????????????? ????????????????????????????????????????
  • AI/ML product experience
  • High-growth B2B SaaS experience
  • Messaging, CRM, communications, workflow automation, or customer-engagement experience
  • High-volume API integration experience
  • Experience with data-intensive platforms
  • Experience scaling products through significant customer growth
  • Experience working with distributed or contracted engineering organizations
  • Experience establishing product processes within a founder-led organization
  • SQL proficiency or demonstrated ability to independently analyze product data
  • Experience with observability, analytics, experimentation, and product intelligence tooling ???????????????? ???????????????????????????? ???????????????????? ???????????????? Success in this role will be measured by improvements in the quality and predictability of Revi's product organization, including:
  • Clear engineering priorities before each sprint
  • Increased release predictability and stability
  • Reduced production incidents and regressions
  • Consistent use of data in product prioritization
  • Structured management of technical debt
  • Quantified and organized customer feedback
  • Defined success metrics for major product initiatives
  • Consistent post-release measurement
  • Improved allocation of engineering resources toward the highest-impact initiatives
  • Clear product-performance reporting for company leadership ?
??????????? ???????????????????????????????????????????? This is an opportunity to establish Revi's internal product management function at a point where the company already has an active customer base, substantial production data, an established engineering organization, and a growing product. You will have significant ownership over how Revi prioritizes product development, manages engineering capacity, improves platform reliability, evaluates customer needs, and scales its technology infrastructure. We are looking for someone who has operated at meaningful production scale before, understands how to turn data and customer problems into product decisions, and is ready to take direct ownership of product outcomes.
