Job Summary Our client, a leading entertainment and technology provider, is seeking a Senior Product Manager to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering and sustaining digital experiences for major theme park destinations. This includes launching new features, driving optimization projects, and managing long-term product sustainment to keep digital systems healthy and stable. This position is W-2 only. We do not work with third-party firms or C2C arrangements for this role.

Orlando, FL Core Responsibilities Translate product strategy into clearly prioritized epics, user stories, business requirements, product specifications, business rules, and acceptance criteria Manage product roadmaps, feature development, defect backlogs, and priorities to align with strategic direction Lead continuous improvement initiatives and enhancements to existing digital products based on changing business needs, user feedback, app reviews, and operational data Partner with engineering, design, marketing, operations, Agile teams, finance, organizational change management, and other cross-functional stakeholders to define and deliver product solutions Drive product requirements throughout the development lifecycle and participate in daily Scrum activities to help prioritize work and remove roadblocks Coordinate design and implementation efforts between internal teams, development studios, and external vendors Support product launches by coordinating with operations, marketing, training, and other teams to ensure a smooth transition from testing to production Develop and communicate product vision, strategy, priorities, and changes to delivery partners, senior leadership, executives, and other stakeholders Required Skills/Experience (Must-Haves) Senior-level Product Management experience delivering and sustaining digital products or experiences Experience working with digital consumer experiences, mobile applications, or web products Experience with Guest Experience Experience translating product strategy into epics, user stories, business requirements, product specifications, and acceptance criteria Experience managing product roadmaps, feature backlogs, and defect backlogs Experience working with cross-functional Agile development teams and participating in Scrum ceremonies Strong experience gathering and translating business and systems requirements from internal and external customers Experience managing multiple competing priorities, projects, enhancements, and production issues simultaneously Strong stakeholder communication and partnership skills across technical and non-technical teams Preferred Skills/Experience (Nice-to-Haves) Experience using AI tools to support the creation of business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria Experience with product strategy, vision, and roadmap development Experience working with external vendors and remote development teams Experience using presentation tools to communicate product vision and strategy to executive audiences Experience analyzing customer feedback, application reviews, and operational data to identify opportunities for product improvement Experience with portfolio or project management tools Key Competencies & Behaviors Strategic product vision Prioritization and planning Customer-centric mindset Cross-functional collaboration Executive stakeholder communication

Compensation & Benefits Pay Range:
The approximate pay range for this position is between $59.00 and $85.00. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate.
