About the RoleWe are seeking a strategic and results-driven Product Manager to lead the Lotus Premium Small Kitchen Appliances brand, driving the vision, growth, and long-term success of this key premium business. This is a physical product management role responsible for owning the brand strategy, product roadmap, innovation pipeline, and commercial performance of a premium portfolio designed for consumers who value exceptional performance, thoughtful design, and superior craftsmanship. As the business owner for Lotus, this role will champion the brand throughout the product lifecycle, from identifying market opportunities and defining product strategy to leading development, launch execution, and ongoing portfolio optimization. The Product Manager will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams across marketing, design, engineering, sourcing, sales, and operations to deliver innovative products and elevate the Lotus brand presence in the marketplace. This position plays a critical role in supporting Hamilton Beach Brands growth strategy by strengthening our premium offerings, such as Lotus, and driving profitable growth, enhancing brand equity, and delivering exceptional consumer experiences within the premium small kitchen appliance category.

This is a hybrid position based in Glen Allen, VA and reports to the Group Manager of Product Marketing.
Salary Range:
$116,009.00 To $140,868.00 AnnuallyWhat Youll DoSupport the development and execution of category strategy and product roadmap for the Premium Brands portfolio. Manage product lifecycle activities from concept through launch and post-market optimization, with particular attention to design quality, materials, and premium positioning.

Partner with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Engineering, Sales, and Supply Chain to deliver successful product launches.

Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and competitive landscape within the premium appliance space to inform product decisions.

Support premium pricing strategy, margin targets, and overall portfolio performance.

Assist in preparing business cases, product briefs, and launch plans that reflect premium brand standards.

Monitor in-market performance and recommend actions to drive growth, elevate brand equity, and improve results. Contribute to innovation pipeline development, with a focus on differentiated features and design that support premium market positioning. What Were Looking ForBachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.7+ years of experience in product management, category management, or related roles within consumer goods.

Experience in physical product management, appliances, or consumer hardgoods preferred; experience with premium or design-led product portfolios strongly preferred. Strong analytical and business acumen, with experience supporting P&L performance.

Ability to translate consumer insights and market data into actionable product strategies, particularly in premium/aspirational market segments. Excellent communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams.

Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Under the annual equity incentive program, award shares vest immediately at grant and are subject to a three-year transfer restriction.
