Job Description

Equifax is seeking a dynamic, strategic, and results-oriented Manager (Senior Director) of Product Management to lead within our Data-driven Marketing (DDM) business unit. In this highly visible role, you will lead a high-performing team of Product Managers. Your primary mission will be to drive revenue growth across the entire DDM product portfolio, spearhead the go-to-market strategy for new innovations, and bridge the gap between our technical solutions, our sales organization, and our customers. Equifax has a hybrid work schedule that allows for two days of remote work (Monday and Friday) with 3 days onsite (Tuesday thru Thursday) every week. This role reports to our Reston, VA office OR our Alpharetta, GA and our Midtown (OAC, Atlanta, GA) offices may be considered. This position does not offer immigration sponsorship (current or future) including

extension support. This is a direct-hire role and is not open to C2C or vendors. What you'll do People Leadership
  • Drives and manages the performance of the team, providing coaching and direction to the team and delivering results through the work of the team; Understands talent requirements within a team of product managers and proactively identifies talent internally and externally, working to create opportunities to recruit and leverage talent Market Opportunity Assessment
  • Demonstrates deep understanding of customer needs through market and industry research and analysis Product Definition
  • Drives execution of strategic priorities, product definition and identification of new opportunities; Provide consultation on commercial model and packaging decisions Product Strategy & Planning
  • Understands the vision and strategy for the product portfolios and drives the execution of both across the organization; Provides direction in the creation and presentation of business cases; Uses the Drive Build, Buy, Partner approach and decisions for products within purview Product Delivery & Launch
  • Collaborates with product development management on the product development process and technical resource allocation; Understands product trade-offs and drive alignment Growth & Portfolio Management
  • Understands the product performance throughout the lifecycle and drive actions accordingly to ensure attainment of revenue and margin objectives What experience you need Bachelor's degree or 10+ years of product management experience; Master's Degree preferred; Product Management certifications is a plus 3+ years of demonstrated experience as a team lead or leading other product management individuals via influence in a highly matrixed environment and across product portfolios containing multiple products Expertise in writing detailed product requirements is fundamental and required and must demonstrate a solid understanding of product design, commercial model and packaging discussions Experience in building data insights Demonstrates deep understanding of customer needs through market and industry research and analysis of competitors and uses strong knowledge of competitive landscape to anticipate, articulate and drive high-potential opportunities that enable a competitive advantage Is capable of communicating vision and ensuring team's work is in alignment with strategy and goals Skilled at leading through influence with key decisions-makers within own function and across related functions to successfully navigate Equifax' organization Has managed executional rigor of team to deliver product efforts on time to meet market demands Is a thought leader delivering executive level presentations and visual communication to convey the product vision Has owned financial performance of a product portfolio including investments, budgets What could set you apart Experience and comfortability in the marketing services space strongly desired.
Experienced in Product tools desired (Aha, JIRA, Figma) Passion for solving problems, especially with helping clients solve their marketing (i.e. customer acquisition) problems Expert in Design Thinking for innovation is a plus (Use creative design thinking to develop innovative business solutions. Apply creative and analytical tools to develop real solutions for real needs, including personas, empathy mapping, prototyping and iteration models Strong collaborative muscle Ability and passion to both learn and teach Good sense of both the revenue and the expense side of business and the role of Product therein.
