About the Role As a Staff Product Manager , you will own the strategy, roadmap, and execution of the strategy for building new connectors using AI and manage a portfolio of connectors that drive growth of Fivetran This is a full-time position based out of our Bangalore office. Our hybrid work model offers a blend of remote flexibility and in-person collaboration, including two days in the office each week to connect and build as a team. What Youll Do Drive the roadmap for the future of Fivetrans API connector development including leveraging AI to auto-generate connectors Manage the product roadmap & backlog for the Lite connector portfolio by balancing new connector development, and adding new features to existing connectors. Perform in-depth data analysis and customer research to identify areas of opportunity for improvements Partner with & lead cross-functional teams across various functions to execute the product roadmap Establish and oversee the tracking of various product health metrics, ensuring that the connectors remain well-aligned with customer requirements & Fivetrans product principles. Evangelize the success of your initiatives both internally and externally Skills Were Looking For Track record of shipping SaaS products that deliver measurable results Experience leveraging LLMs for a variety of tasks Ability to translate complex details into clear, concise requirements and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders A deep sense of empathy for the customer, ensuring that all solutions are customer-focused and deliver significant value Strong attention to detail with a deep understanding of the big picture Ability to balance multiple projects and deadlines Demonstrated use of analytics, user research, and business cases to drive decisions and improve products.
