Position Summary We are seeking an experienced Technical Services Manager to provide technical support for Window Film and Specialty Film products , including solar control, safety, and security applications. This customer-facing role will support sales teams, distributors, dealers, installers, and end customers with product selection, installation, performance, troubleshooting, and technical recommendations. Key Responsibilities Provide technical support and troubleshoot product and application issues. Support Window Film and Specialty Film product selection, installation, testing, and performance evaluation. Work with Sales, R&D, Quality, and Manufacturing teams on product development and continuous improvement. Develop and deliver technical training for customers, installers, and internal teams. Support energy analysis, window film modeling, product specifications, and technical documentation. Assist with safety/security film testing and development of application procedures. Support quality systems, process improvement, audits, and Voice of Customer initiatives. Travel domestically and internationally up to 30% as needed. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Materials Science, or related field . 3-5 years of experience in Window Film, Glass & Glazing, Window, or related industry. Strong technical troubleshooting, communication, and customer-service skills. Experience with coatings, adhesives, laminating, finishing, or energy modeling is a plus. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in office, manufacturing, and field environments.
Work Schedule:
Hybrid - typically 3 days onsite and up to 2 days remote.
Pay:
