Job Description Insight Global is sourcing for an experienced Automation Product Manager to join a leading health solutions company that provides healthcare and retail pharmacy services. This position will sit within the Automation CoE and focus on supporting the Pharmacy/PBM business stakeholders in driving the identification, evaluation, and delivery of enterprise automation solutions across the organization. This role sits at the intersection of Product Management, Automation Strategy, RPA, and AI-driven business transformation. The ideal candidate understands how to assess business processes, uncover automation opportunities, build compelling ROI-driven business cases, and lead automation initiatives from concept through production deployment. This individual will serve as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders while partnering closely with architects, developers, and operations teams to deliver impactful solutions. This is a highly dynamic environment where priorities shift frequently. Success requires flexibility, strong business acumen, a consultative mindset, and the ability to influence stakeholders through data-driven recommendations.
Compensation:
$_45_/hr. to $_55_/hr. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on day one of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401K retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.   • 5+ years of Product Management, Automation, Business Analysis, or related experience.
  • Experience evaluating business processes and identifying automation opportunities.
  • Understanding of:
    Robotic Process Automation (RPA), AI-enabled automation solutions, Product Management methodologies, Business process improvement.
  • Experience developing business cases, ROI models, and value assessments.
  • Ability to translate business problems into scalable automation solutions.
  • Experience working with Agile delivery teams and managing product backlogs.
  • Hands-on experience with Jira and Agile planning processes.
  • Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
  • Ability to perform effort estimation and collaborate on solution sizing.
