We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of enterprise Identity & Access Management (IAM) capabilities. This individual will drive the development of secure, scalable, and user-centric identity solutions that support business operations while improving security, efficiency, and user experience.
The ideal candidate is a true Product Manager with experience owning products from discovery through launch. They will partner closely with business stakeholders, security teams, architects, and engineers to prioritize initiatives, define success metrics, and deliver impactful solutions across a large enterprise environment.
Own the product vision, strategy, roadmap, and execution for Identity & Access Management products and services.
Lead product initiatives from discovery and requirements gathering through development, launch, and continuous improvement.
Collaborate with business, security, architecture, and engineering teams to define and deliver product solutions.
Drive enhancements related to user provisioning, application provisioning, access management, and onboarding processes.
Identify opportunities to automate manual workflows and improve operational efficiency.
Define, track, and report on product KPIs and success metrics.
Leverage product analytics, user feedback, and operational data to inform product decisions and prioritization.
Support self-service and API-driven solutions that improve user experiences and scalability.
Partner with technical teams to understand system architecture, APIs, integrations, and data flows.
Influence stakeholders across multiple organizations to gain alignment and drive product outcomes.
Ensure solutions balance business needs, user experience, security requirements, and technical considerations.

Skills and Requirements
5+ years of Product Management experience with ownership of enterprise products and platforms.
Hands-on experience within Identity & Access Management (IAM) environments.
Strong understanding of:
User Provisioning
Application Provisioning
Identity Governance
Single Sign-On (SSO)
Security and Access Management
User and Application Onboarding Processes
Experience developing and measuring product KPIs.
Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting product performance metrics and driving data-based decisions.
Proven ability to deliver products from discovery through launch and ongoing optimization.
Experience working with large-scale enterprise platforms.
Demonstrated success influencing and collaborating across business and technology organizations.
Strong knowledge of APIs, integrations, data flows, and system architecture.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and prioritization skills. Experience within healthcare, PBM, or other highly regulated industries.
Experience supporting client implementations, onboarding, or administration functions.
Familiarity with IAM technologies such as Okta, SailPoint, Ping Identity, CyberArk, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), or similar solutions.
Experience with workflow automation and self-service platforms.
Experience working in Agile product development environments.
